Like most businesses, Kendall Investigations has had to bring in additional protocols to ensure our clients – and ourselves – are as safe as possible from COVID-19. The current situation has led to an increase in certain cases, including fraud and litigation, so it has been essential to us to make sure we can carry out polygraph exams and investigations as safely as possible.
Safety Procedures At Our Office
Kendall Investigations is one of the few polygraph examiners with a physical office that you can visit for your polygraph exam. This allows us to take greater control over the cleanliness of our office and equipment. The office is meticulously cleaned every day, and the polygraph equipment and chairs are thoroughly sanitized before and after every single use. We also make sure that hand sanitizer is used before and after each exam. We do ask that if you are feeling unwell prior to your appointment that you call to reschedule.
Handling Investigations Safely
When you hire Kendall Investigations to conduct a private investigation on your behalf, we want to make sure that everyone involved is safe without compromising the investigation. Where appropriate, we can discuss our findings with you over the phone or email. We are able to conduct some aspects of an investigation, such as background checks and asset searches from the office, allowing us to keep our work in the field at a minimum to allow for social distancing wherever possible.
